課程概述

During this semester, we will focus on training listening and speaking ability. Every time in the class, the first hour we will learn some new words and grammars, the second hour students will keep practicing speaking with classmates according to the topic we learn during the first hour.  

課程目標
 Students can do the basic communication in daily life.  
課程要求
 1. We will have homework every time after the class, but I will disregard up to the lowest 10% scores: the average of your best 90% homework scores will constitute 50% of your final grade. You will lose 5% scores per each time if you delay the homework.
2. Every time in the class you have to speak some Chinese on the stage in front of every one. Your performance in the class contributes 50% to your final grade.
3. If you need to use or answer the phone, please go outside. I really don’t like students using mobile phone during the class.
4. You can eat in the class, but please don’t make a noise or eat something smelly.
5. It is forbidden to say any discriminatory language in class, can't make fun of race, religion or gender.
